Finding lighted pickleball courts for evening play
- Use the Lighted filter on any city directory or open phoenix-az/?filter=lighted as an example.
- Lit court counts come from OpenStreetMap tags—not from CourtlyMaps guesses.
- Confirm timers, seasons, and fees with the park operator before night sessions.
Evening play depends on working lights and park hours. A lit=yes tag in OpenStreetMap means a mapper recorded lighting—it is not a guarantee tonight.
Compare nearby lighted alternatives on each venue page if your first choice has no lighting tag.
Winter sunsets vary by metro; plan extra travel time and carry a phone flashlight for walking to the court.
